To attract and include more young people to the Dutch National Opera & Ballet, the institution recently established the Young Patrons Circle. For the launch they asked me to create a special edition illustration. One of which was framed and handed to the first Patron, the other 99 Patrons received a signed print when they went home. The launch was staged around the spectacular opera Benvenuto Cellini (directed by Monty Python's Terry Gilliam).
The print features a libretto sung by 'Teresa'.

During my Instagram take-over (one week) of the national opera & ballet's account, I got a very special inside look of the institution, with all of it's artists and craftsmen and women. It was a true privilige. Here are all the pictures posted to Instagram, plus some extra ones.
